Created for an installation at the Lord Mayor of the City of London's palace, Mansion House, to promote the fine wool cloth produced by Yorkshire mills. In the photos you will see Mr Wesley in his own "Mr Fox" dressing the mannequins there and with Lady Wootton, the then Lady Mayoress.
